Colorado Amendment 86 (2026): Require Commission and Supreme Court Approval for Mid-Decade Congressional Redistricting Initiative

A Yes vote requires any mid-decade congressional map to be approved by both the independent redistricting commission and the Colorado Supreme Court, and bars maps drawn to favor a party. A No vote keeps the current process.
