Emporia (KS) Prohibit High Impact Data Centers Initiative (2026)
A Yes vote enacts a citizen-initiated ordinance prohibiting construction of high-impact data centers in the city. The city has said the ordinance could not take effect until pending legal questions about whether it is a proper subject for initiative are resolved.
