Parents & Kids Safe AI Act (California initiative)

Joint OpenAI and Common Sense Media initiative on minors' use of AI chatbots: age assurance, parental controls, audits and AG enforcement. Cleared for signatures Feb 2026, then put on hold while backers negotiate with the Legislature; 2028 ballot kept as an option.
