Trenton (OH) Issue 17 (2026): Prohibit Large-Scale Data Centers
A Yes vote amends the city charter to prohibit data centers with peak load above 25 megawatts. The Ohio Supreme Court ordered the measure onto the ballot after a signature dispute. A No vote rejects the amendment.
